Yourlivegr.co partnered with Crionet and Lyttos Beach Sports Center in Heraklion, Greece, to deliver a high-quality live-streaming solution for the ITF World Tennis Tour Circuit. Spanning three weeks in March 2026, the event required continuous, reliable, and professional-grade broadcasting of multiple matches played across its clay courts. The primary objective was to connect a global audience of fans and coaches with live match action, while ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective technical operation on-site.
George Sakellaris of Yourlivegr.co delivered uninterrupted live streaming for a multi-court tennis tournament presents several technical and logistical challenges. The organizers needed a system capable of capturing fast-paced gameplay across multiple courts simultaneously without compromising on video quality. As the event took place outdoors, the equipment had to withstand varying weather conditions while maintaining consistent performance.
The project also required a simplified infrastructure to avoid complex cabling and excessive hardware installations, which could disrupt the venue’s aesthetics and daily operations. Additionally, due to budget and resource considerations, the organizers needed a solution that would minimize the number of technical staff required on-site, while still allowing full control and monitoring of all live feeds.
Key requirements included wide-angle coverage to capture the entire court, Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity to reduce cabling complexity, built-in streaming encoders to eliminate external devices, and remote management capabilities for centralized control.
To meet these requirements, four Lumens VC-BC301P ultra-compact 4K ePTZ cameras were deployed strategically across the main clay courts. The cameras were supplied by AmyDV, Lumens’ Distributor for Greece, which also provided essential support during the physical installation and network configuration phases. These compact cameras were selected for their ability to deliver high-resolution video while remaining discreet and easy to install using a single Ethernet cable.
The cameras' wide-angle lenses ensured complete court coverage, capturing all player movements and key moments without blind spots. Their PoE functionality enabled both power, control and data transmission through a single cable, significantly simplifying the installation process and reducing setup time.
A key advantage of the VC-BC301P was its integrated streaming encoder, which allowed direct IP-based broadcasting to streaming platforms. This eliminated the need for bulky external encoding hardware, reducing both equipment costs and physical footprint. Furthermore, the system’s remote management capabilities allowed operators to control and monitor all camera feeds from a centralized location, removing the need for extensive on-court staffing.

The deployment proved highly successful, delivering three weeks of uninterrupted, high-definition live streaming with zero hardware downtime. The reliability of the system ensured that every match was broadcast seamlessly, enhancing the viewing experience for audiences worldwide.
Operational efficiency was significantly improved, as the remote management setup allowed a small technical team to oversee the entire streaming operation. This resulted in lower staffing requirements and reduced operational costs without compromising quality.
Most importantly, the solution enabled global engagement with the ITF World Tennis Tour. Fans and coaches were able to watch matches live in real-time and on-demand, strengthening the tournament’s visibility and accessibility. The success of this project demonstrated how compact, IP-based camera technology can transform sports broadcasting, particularly in multi-court outdoor environments where flexibility and reliability are critical.
