Lumens encourages suppliers to follow the OECD guidelines and transparently disclose conflict minerals and cobalt mines contained in products and components. Suppliers are required to quote the conflict minerals report template (CMRT) and cobalt minerals report template (CRT) to expose the supply chain Smelter information report of gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum and cobalt mines used. Waste management
