Addition Financial Credit Union, one of Central Florida's leading member-owned financial institutions, has been rapidly modernizing its workplace to support stronger collaboration and streamlined communication across its organization. Known for its commitment to community service and innovative financial services, the credit union recently expanded its headquarters facilities with a goal to create a highly functional, technology-enhanced conference environment. As part of this initiative, they sought an AV system that would allow teams to meet more efficiently, share information clearly, and support hybrid communication with clients and internal teams.
To achieve this, the conference room was equipped with an integrated AV solution built around Lumens CamConnect Pro and Lumens auto-tracking cameras. CamConnect enables intelligent, microphone-driven speaker tracking, automatically switching and framing the active speaker without the need for manual operation. Working in tandem with Yamaha's RM-CG ceiling array microphone, the system delivers precise voice localization and smooth camera transitions for a natural and engaging meeting experience.
The room also incorporates Barco ClickShare for wireless content sharing, allowing team members to instantly present from any device. Together, these solutions create a smooth and professional meeting experience—enhanced further by JBL ceiling speakers, acoustic treatment, and a stunning 135" LED video wall. The result is a modern, automated conference space that supports clear communication, hybrid collaboration, and effortless day-to-day operation. The solution was implemented in partnership with RelianceAV, whose integration expertise ensured that all technologies—from audio to camera tracking—worked together flawlessly.
