OIP-N40E webpage USB extender cannot find OIP-N60D on the same network segment


1. Confirm that the OIP-N60D has enabled the USB extender function, please refer to OIP-N60D user manual 6.3.7 System- Output.
2. Confirm that the management switch in the network has disabled the blocking of multicast packets.

 

When OIP-N60D can't find the sources you want in the same LAN.

2. If Step1 not work, please reset your switch and search source again.

 

N60D no image output


1. Go to the Source page, search for Search New Source, 
2. Check the box next to the desired source
3. Click [Play]

 

Is it possible to turn off AUC on N60D?


Yes, beta 107g added a button that turns on/off the UAC as needed.

 

N60D line in and out as sound source and out, can it be trAnswerported over UAC?


No, we do not have this functionality, line in/out on OIP-N60D is for talk back feature. 
To fit this requirement, use Dante ready for audio.

 

The N60D source switch may intermittently result in no video output when N40E is set to unicast/multicast mode


1. There is about a 1 in 10 chance that N60D will no longer be able to reconnect to N40E, this issue is caused by the N60D resetting when it detects
    a disconnection, which prevents it from reconnecting properly and results in the ""No Signal"" display. 
2. Update FW to N60D: OIB1.07n; N40E: OIA1.07n

 

Which one do I need to choose when I log in a new source in OIP-N60D?


Usually it will show multiple streams. You can go to camera webpage (type camera IP address on browser) to check which resolution stream you need. Basically, remark 8557/h264 = 4K or 1080P, remark 8556/h264 = 720P or 360P, remark 8554/hevc = 4K.

 
 

Is it possible for AIBOX1 to continuously detect without the camera performing preset position actions?

The AI-Box1 webpage is inaccessible, sometimes working and sometimes not, and the device keeps rebooting. Connecting the network cable first, then powering on > Not working

It is suspected that an IP conflict might be causing the issue.
1. Verify if any other devices on the network have the same IP address.
2. Isolate the router and switch to ensure they are not on the same subnet as other devices.

 

After a power outage. Upon restoring power, the AI-Box and microphone did not automatically reconnect.


If the AI-Box starts up but the microphone is not ready yet, this problem may occur.
This issue can be resolved by configuring the startup time through the AI-Box settings
1. Access the AIBOX1 GUI interface and go to the [System] menu.
2. Navigate to [Profile Setting] and adjust the [System Startup Waiting Time] as needed (3 to 99 minutes).

 

Is it possible to set a preset in CamConnectPro for the general view of the room, when everyone in the room is talking at the same time, and not only when everyone is silent?


CamConnectPro does not revert to a home or specific position when multiple people are speaking.
1. version 1.9 will introduce a dialog mode that allows a PBP layout when multiple speakers are detected.
2. We recommend testing this feature once version 1.9 is released to see if it meets your needs

 

AI-BOX1 cannot connect with ATND1061 microphone


1. Ensure that the microphone's port has been typed correctly and check if the IP address is on the same network as the AI-Box
2. Please refer to CamConnect Pro (AI-Box1) - audio-technica ATND1061 Setting Guide [System Setting] page
3. Make sure AI-BOX1 and ATND1061 connect with the same network switch.

 

I want to auto start video output when I reboot the AI-BOX1.


Please refer to AI-BOX1 User Manual 3.6.2 to enable auto connection options.

 

How to set up audio trigger level in AI-BOX1.


Shure: Microphone doesn't support this function.
Sennheiser: -90~0 (recommended -55), Close to 0 will need louder voice to 
trigger, close to -90 will be easier to trigger.
Nureva:0~120 (recommended 40+)
Audio-Technica:0~60 (recommended 30)
Yamaha:0~126 (recommended 80+ for RM-CG / 70+ for RM-W)

 

If AI-BOX1 can't find the camera, how to fix it?


1. Check camera is power on or not (camera will show green light).
2. Confirm camera and AI-BOX1 are in the same subnetwork.
3. Network switch should turn off  Multicast Filtering(IGMP) function.
4. Confirm RJ45 cable is OK or NG. Can do swap test.
