Each year, leaders, ministers, and senior officials gather for high-level meetings that require secure, reliable, and media-ready communication environments.

For the 2025 APEC Summit hosted in South Korea, organizers needed a professional, large-scale AV infrastructure capable of supporting multilingual discussions, international media coverage, and continuous high-level dialogue. With government delegations and press teams operating across multiple venues, the summit required an imaging solution that could deliver exceptional clarity, stability, and operational efficiency in a mission-critical setting.

To meet the rigorous requirements of APEC 2025, the summit deployed 10 units of the Lumens VC-A61P 4K PTZ camera, chosen for its outstanding image quality, wide-angle coverage, and low-latency IP streaming performance. The VC-A61P delivered clear, detailed video across large conference halls and breakout rooms, ensuring that both local and remote participants received consistent, broadcast-grade visuals throughout the event.

The system was fully integrated with the Bosch DCN Conference System, enabling synchronized audio, video, and delegate management. Through this integration, every speaker intervention was captured smoothly, with cameras positioned to frame presenters, interpreters, and delegates according to the flow of discussion.
