During your participation in the Plan, Lumens will collect, process, and use the following information regarding your usage of software, to keep improving user experiences:
a. Computer operating system version;
b. The version of the software provided by us, and the parameter settings that users have set for the software and their device;
c. The interaction frequency and number of times between users and the software interface;
d. The information of device events, such as error codes or crash events.
We will use the information stated in Article 1 for the following purposes:
a. To provide you with richer user experiences, including user interface improvement, new function development, software, and firmware update plans, devices maintenance, problem solving, and any other relating supports;
b. To improve and develop our products;
c. For any other aspects relating to our business operation of the products, including efficacy analyses, new product development, and research.
If you would like to terminate your participation in the Plan and require us to stop collecting, processing, using, or to delete any information listed in Article 1, you may contact our local offices via phone or email through the contact information of each country/ district on our website (https://www.mylumens.com/en/Contact).
If in the future there is any amendment to this notice, we will update it immediately in the software downloaded by you for your confirmation. If you do not consent again, you will not be able to continue participating in the Plan.

You agree that all disputes arising from or in connection with this Plan shall be resolved according to the laws of R.O.C., and Taiwan HsinChu District Court shall be the court of competent jurisdiction for the first instance.
