Hsinchu, Taiwan, September 1, 2026 – Today Lumens Digital Optics Inc. announced the OIP-N60D-ND, the world’s first* multi-format decoder to support NDI HX3, Dante Audio, Dante AV-H and RTSP streams with simultaneous USB-C and HDMI out, plus Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and side-by-side (Picture-by-Picture) HDMI output.
A low-latency 4K IP bridge, OIP-N60D-ND enables system integrators to combine network audio and video sources on a single IP infrastructure. Supporting video streams up-to 2160p60, the compact device allows users to select and switch instantly between IP sources, then output video via HDMI 2.0 or USB-C for display, video conferencing, recording and production applications. OIP-N60D-ND receives streams from network sources including Lumens OIP Bridge encoders, NDI cameras, playout servers and Dante Audio devices. Designed for installation on standard Gigabit Ethernet networks, the device enables long-distance AV transmission without traditional point-to-point cabling.

OIP-N60D-ND converts network video and audio to HDMI and USB-C, outputting standard UVC and UAC signals for use with video conferencing platforms and software applications. USB webcam and speakerphone extension over IP allows cameras and audio devices to be positioned at a distance from the host computer while maintaining simple USB connectivity at the endpoint. PIP and PBP layouts, together with support for video walls up-to 3 x 3, provide additional flexibility for multi-source display applications.
Bi-directional Dante Audio enables flexible routing between networked audio systems and local devices. Web-based management accelerates setup and simplifies source selection, while instant source switching and Last-In Switch functionality automates the device in BYOD (bring your own device) environments. OIP-N60D-ND is PoE or USB-powered to reduce cabling time and installation costs, making it an ideal decoder for AV over IP deployments in meeting rooms, classrooms and production environments.
