With this new firmware update, Iris is now built directly into each camera, giving users the ability to monitor, manage, and control devices remotely through a browser — without requiring any additional hardware or on-site controllers.
Iris, a leader in AI-powered camera control, brings its intuitive cloud-based technology directly into Lumens' PTZ lineup through the new integrated firmware. By enabling cloud-native control on these PTZ cameras, the collaboration delivers a streamlined and scalable approach to remote production. Users can now operate the cameras with ultra-low latency from a web browser while activating AI-driven auto-tracking, enhanced framing tools, real-time image adjustments, and remote joystick control—all without additional hardware. The result is a simpler multi-site workflow and a future-ready production environment that can be enabled within seconds.
