Hsinchu, Taiwan, January 8, 2025 – At ISE 2025, Lumens will display a new line of Dante-enabled video products. The launch of these new models will change the way video and audio are used in meeting rooms, teaching spaces and auditoria. With an array of new devices supporting Dante AV-H as well as Dante Audio formats, users will benefit from low latency transmission over IP, data security, remote management, centralized control and a truly unified AV network.
4K Dante Decoder
First to launch at ISE 2025 is Lumens’ OIP-N60D Dante AV-H, a mini decoder which converts Dante audio and video sources for use in USB-based communications. As a user-friendly system, OIP-N60D Dante AV-H is the first all-in-one audio and video Dante decoder that connects to a user’s laptop with a single USB cable.
“OIP-N60D Dante AV-H is ideal for Teams and Zoom meetings. It offers users a single USB cable solution for bringing secure, synchronized Dante video and audio into video conferencing sessions. Remotely controlled, the decoder simplifies the meeting experience and delivers exceptional audio and 4K video quality.” Commented Steven Liang, Head of Product Development at Lumens.
Mini Dante Transcoder
Alongside the decoder, Lumens will exhibit a new transcoder, the OIP-N40E with Dante AV-H Ready feature which can both encode and decode Dante audio and video formats. As an encoder, it can convert any HDMI or USB source into a Dante device. In its bi-directional mode, it can encode a DisplayPort output to Dante AV-H over Ethernet, at the same time as converting Dante audio sources (such as microphones and a DSP) and Dante-enabled video cameras to USB for use in Teams and Zoom meetings.
“OIP-N40E with Dante AV-H Ready, in conjunction with its sister product the OIP-N60D Dante AV-H represents the future for meeting room technology. Plug and play, it delivers all the benefits of Dante while offering an incredible single cable user experience.” Continued Liang.
OIP-N40E Dante AV-H is expected to ship in Q1 2025.
Multi-Camera Voice Tracking
CamConnect from Lumens enabled customers to install multiple IP cameras into meeting rooms with automatic tracking and switching based on voice detection. In the second half of 2025, Lumens will launch CamConnect Pro with Dante AV-H Ready feature to offer support for Dante-enabled microphones and DSP systems as well as Dante AV-H video cameras. With central management via Dante Controller, the new CamConnect Pro model will facilitate the intuitive routing and perfect synchronization of audio and video.
Multi-Channel Media Processor
In the second half of 2025, Lumens will also launch CaptureVision LC300 with Dante AV-H Ready feature. Updated with support for Dante audio and video formats, the CaptureVision device provides multi-channel recording, streaming and switching, making it an ideal platform for lecture capture, live event and conference production. The addition of Dante AV-H will be welcomed by customers who need the cost-savings and efficiencies of IP transmission alongside the security and central management features of the Dante ecosystem.
