Extended Support – As Standard

Lumens' products are designed to deliver outstanding performance and unrivaled reliability. As part of the service we offer, Lumens has a team of technical experts and a network of qualified AV support engineers with the skill and experience to help you maintain, configure and operate your equipment throughout its lifetime. In the unlikely event of a technical fault, Lumens’ 5-year warranty is included as standard with all new products (excluding accessories and cables).

Our post-sales team is ready to problem-solve any issue you may face. Warranty Repairs

During the product warranty period, Lumens provides free repair services. Repairs are carried out at regional support centers by certified engineers. To raise a support ticket, simply complete this online form. To help our service team resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, please provide as much detailed information as possible when submitting your request. This will help us minimize repair turnaround times. 

Shipping and logistics arrangements are handled in accordance with regional service center guidelines. Please contact your local Lumens office for further information.
