In the unlikely event of a technical fault, Lumens’ 5-year warranty is now included as standard with all new products.

Warranty Repairs

The Lumens 5-year warranty* covers all main product lines (excluding accessories)**. The warranty applies to products purchased after July 31st, 2021. Repairs are undertaken in regional support centers by certified engineers. To raise a support ticket, simply complete this online form. We work hard to keep repair turnaround times to a minimum. To help us resolve your issue swiftly, please give the service team as much detail as possible about the problem you are facing.
